Al Gore’s 24 Hours of Reality Comes to South Africa

Jeunesse Park to present in Durban as part of 24 Hours of Reality, a worldwide event to connect the dots between extreme weather and our changing climate Washington, D.C. ― On 15 September as part of The Climate Reality Project, Jeunesse Park will give a presentation on the impact of climate change on South Africa and what we can do to solve it. Jeunesse Park, a conservationist and environmental activist, has been trained by former U.S. Vice President Al Gore to deliver a multimedia presentation to connect the dots between our changing climate and the extreme weather we have seen around the world. She will be joining Vice President Gore and 22 others who will deliver presentations around the globe about how the climate crisis is impacting us all. Jeunesse Park’s presentation will take place in Durban at 7 p.m. SAST.

The Climate Reality Project (formerly the Alliance for Climate Protection), founded and chaired by Vice President Gore, is launching a new global campaign to broadcast the reality of the climate crisis and mobilize citizens to help solve it. The campaign kicks off with 24 Hours of Reality, a worldwide, live streamed event on 14-15 September. The event will be broadcast to 24 time zones for 24 hours and in 13 languages.
